Thank you so much for everyone who joined us for Mama‘s home going service. She would have loved the fact that everyone showed up in Red, which was her favorite color! Please remember, Mama was amazing woman and I thank you for sharing your memories and your thoughts. let’s not forget, then, Mama was one of a kind. She was our heart, our soul, and kept us on the street and narrow, lol! Again, thank you to everyone, Michelle.

Mama,
You taught me how to be a hard working, strong and independent woman. You taught me how to cook, although my soul food was not as good as yours. The specialty foods you gave me praise for. I don’t know what I’m gonna do without you. But I do know, you worked hard all your life. Your work is done, rest in peace! You will always be in my heart, and I love you. One day, we will be in the kitchen together again.
Love Michelle.

My mother Eula Booker and Rosa met over 30 years ago they worked at several restaurants together. She was a fun person to be around always laughing and telling jokes. She was more like family than a friend I always call her my Godmother. I’m going to miss her tremendously
