Jason Jomo Gamal Jameson Obituary
Jason Jomo Gamal Jameson, known to many as James or Jomo, passed away on July 2, 2026, at the age of 48.
Born on November 26, 1977, in Port of Spain, Trinidad, Jason’s life took him from the Caribbean to the United States, where he served in the United States Air Force. During his military service, he attained the rank of Staff Sergeant, beginning a career rooted in technical expertise and public service.
Following his time in the Air Force, Jason earned both a Master of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University, graduating summa cum laude. He went on to build a career in procurement and government contracting within the aerospace and defense industry, where he was respected for his knowledge, analytical mindset, and ability to solve complex challenges.
Outside of work, Jason enjoyed cooking, trying good food, and making people laugh with his unmistakable sense of humor. He had a quick wit, a sharp personality, and an appreciation for sharing time with others.
Jason is survived by his daughters, Jada, Sienna, and Sanoe Jameson; his mother, Uelisia Hamilton; his father, Stephen Jameson; his sisters, brothers, cousins, and extended family; and many friends whose lives he touched.

As we gather to remember your life, I am reminded that the measure of a person is found not only in the years they live, but in the lives they touch and the legacy they leave behind. Your service in the United States Air Force reflects a life of dedication, courage, and commitment to something greater than yourself.
May your memory continue to be a source of strength, pride, and comfort to all who loved you. May God grant you eternal peace and surround your family with His love and comfort in the days ahead.

Jomo. Sleep in peace my love. Your soul is at rest. We gather in your honor from near and far, in person and online from all corners of this world. Literally! That is how enormous your love was and this is how much we love you. You lived, you loved, you laughed. And you did them all in luxury style. You had a genuine Love for FOOD, FRIENDS, and most of all, FAMILY. The greatest of these is your love for your mother and your daughters. I cherish the forth-eight years God allowed me to experience with you my loving Brother-Cousin. My boys appreciate all that you did for them as one of their uncles. My extened family in Yonkers, NY will. miss you. With a severely crushed heart, till we meet again at Jesus’ feet. Love Always, Tricia Wallace, the original 😁, Shaquille, Randy, and Tyreese.
