It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Elma Joy Melvin who passed away peacefully in the early morning of June 13th, 2024 at the North Okanagan Hospice Society.

A native of South Carolina, Jophelia, or ‘Jo” as her friends and family knew her, was born to the late Julius Williams, Sr. and Mattie Singleton Williamson August 4, 1940 in Greeleyville, South Carolina.

In loving memory of Ivan Wolkind, late of Los Angeles.

Patricia Ann (Garrison) Van Zele of Carlisle MA passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 79, peacefully surrounded by multiple generations of loving family members.

Two well-loved people, Richard (Rich) Roso and Mae Leona (Postell) Roso, passed away almost a decade apart. Mae, 90, passed away on April 16, 2020. She was the beloved wife of over 60 years of Richard Roso, 81, who passed away July 21, 2011.

Lillian Firestone, age 91 passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024.

Robin Resin, late of Hartford, Connecticut, passed on December 25, 2023. A virtual celebration of life is planned for April 27, 2024.

Sadly, and unexpectedly at Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre, on Tuesday, October 25, 2023, in
her 73rd year, Patricia Jean Chase (nee Vodden) passed away.

Jil Sonia McDonald, late of Abbotsford, BC, passed away on November 2, 2023.

Susan Glassman, late of Pensacola, FL, passed away on March 2, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held March 16, 2024.
