When I come to the end of the road and the sun has set for me, I want no rights in a gloom filled room.
Why cry from a soul set free! Miss me a little, but not too long, and not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love and laughs we once shared and miss me but let me go.
For this journey we must take, and each must go alone!
It’s all part of the master plan, a step on the road to home.
When you are lonely and sick of heart, go to friends we know and bury your sorrow in doing good deeds.
Miss me but let me go.

Isaiah 57:1-2 “The righteous man perishes, and no one lays it to heart; devout men are taken away, while no one understands.”
Jimmy Stewart’s fictional mother in the movie Harvey would say to him that, “In this world, you must be oh so smart or oh so pleasant.” Jimmy recommended being pleasant…
I grew up with Mike, and I can honestly say that I don’t remember him ever sharing unkind words with me. I’d say that he, too, chose to be pleasant!
We miss you Mike, but we also cherish our memories of you!
