    Dear Donna and family,
I am so truly sorry to hear about Ken’s passing. I will always remember his sweet sweet smile and gentleness, he was a wonderful man. You’re family is truly blessed to have him as part of their lives and all the wonderful memories you created together. Growing up as your neighbor was like a second home for us kids we had so much fun, the cookouts, ballgames, potlucks… It was nice to see pictures of your mom in your memory video, and my mom and dad on the stairs at your wedding.
    xoxo

I’m glad I had the privilege to meet Donna and Ken numerous times in the last few years and spend a week with them in the Caribbean a few years back. He certainly was a kind, gentle, man with a beautiful spirit of Christ.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Donna, Lisa, Darryl, Alan and their families at this difficult time of sorrow and joy interwoven.

Many memories when with Dennis Einboden we were with the family at Climax in 1963-64. Grandpa Herman fixed my watch after playing bear with the kids. I was the bear chasing them on hands and feet when I kicked the face of my watch and broke the crystal. Wonderful to see the children periodically as they grew up.
Thanks, Donna, for being a wonderful wife to Ken. Enjoyed meeting with you and Ken here in Calgary a few times. Our deepest sympathy in your loss.
