Event Cancellation Request

We’re sorry see you go, but we understand that conditions can change and a different route may need to be taken. Once you have completed this form we will take the following steps:

  1. Archive and remove from public view any online content that was created, including Memorial Page and Speaker Registration Page and the Order of Service Document
  2. Delete form data, including guest and speaker registration
  3. Cancel the live streaming event which will result in automatic email notification of the cancellation to any guests and/or speakers registered

Please note that the contract document emailed to you with your booking confirmation clearly outlines our cancellation and refund policy. We are not obligated to issue refunds 24 hours after the initial booking and payment. Payment made is for consultation, communications, services ordered, rendered and for reserving time on our event calendar.
