Thank you for such a beautiful memorial for your Judi. I have seen every one of those expressions on her face! She was not only loving, but she is so loved by all of you, her large family. I’m sad we lived far apart, but glad that I visited in Colorado a few years ago and met Chuck. I know she will leave a big hole in your heart for a while, but I hope these precious memories fill it.. Jennifer and Jeff, you did a lovely job sharing your Mom. I wish I could find some of our childhood photos when we played together and visited all our aunts and grandparents. I know where that custard recipe came from: Mama Sue, who Judi is named after. I can go on and on, I send my love, especially to my cousins, Paula and Walter, and Karla.

Judi was a wonderful and loving sister-in-law. Chuck and her were very special for Donna and our family. She was amazing what she accomplished. She is forever remembered. Our prayers are with Chuck and family.

Judi was first cousin. She was older than me. Living in Florida, I did not get to know Judi as I would have liked. She was always kind to me. That’s what I remember about Judi.

Judi was my first cousin and lived across the street from me throughout our childhood, until we both left for college. We attended the same elementary school and high school, with one of our parents driving us back and forth together. I remember how smart she was and how diligently she studied, so her accomplishments later in life came as no surprise to me.

I also remember Judi’s mother, my Aunt “Bill,” and the warmth she created in their home. I spent many afternoons there, finding comfort, welcome, and wonderful cookies. The whole Ward family felt like an extension of my own. We Kentucky cousins grew up close, with so many family gatherings that we came to know nearly everyone in our clan.

I’m grateful for those years together and for the memories I will always carry. Rest in peace, my dear Judi.
