Treasured memories of times shared together., even going back to memories of Ina driving school bus in Innisfail.
Sorry I couldn’t be there in person., but caring thoughts to all the families.

Our family knew the Blains from the farm but they were very special to my parents (Kellars) when they lived in Innisfail and had a Wednesday afernoon bible study for seniors. A very godly couple Dale and Ina were such a close couple and he was so good to her when she wasn’t well. My mom considered Ina one of her best friends.

Dear Karen and family I am so sorry for your loss. I did not meet Dale but I wish I had. I know Karen, Jeff, Jon and Claire and from reading about his life, I can see that the ‘oaks’ did not fall far from the tree. This includes you Claire and Jeff! Through all of you I have felt the kindness, the generosity and the connection of your family. I appreciate being included in this tribute to his life. xo

Such a privilege to have shared many years with Dale. We were cheered up everytime we had a chance for a visit or to say hi. Will miss his kind presence in those visits and encounters. Thanks so very much to Dale and Ina for their wonderful love and kindness.

We really enjoyed Dale’s visits out here on the Island when he came here to visit Carol. He brought special memories of our days in Alberta over 20 years ago now. Such a beautiful fellowship. Our sympathy to the family & friends.

We had such a great time meeting so many at Dale’s 80th birthday in Airdrie, and we are sad to hear of his passing. Hopefully knowing he is now with Ina is a comfort. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone.

Fond memories of our school days at Mount Pleasant country school. The good times at the Earl and Pearl Blaine family home where we worked the fields together, played together and lived and experienced the best of family life. After marriage to Ina we were close neighbours for years
It is good to remember you and your whole family at this time of remembrance. With our love.
